SPONSOR A MEETING

Companies and/or individuals are able to sponsor monthly meetings at the following levels:

Gold Sponsorship – $500

• Full-page advertisement in LHRMA’s newsletter, LHResource, for the month the meeting is being sponsored.
• An announcement of the sponsor will made during the meeting, and the sponsor will be allowed to speak for 3-5 minutes.
• An ad for the sponsor of the month on the LHRMA website, with a link to the company/individual, if available.
• A table or booth will be set up at the LHRMA meeting with information about the company/individual.
• Two individuals representing the sponsoring company will receive complimentary lunches.

Silver Sponsorship – $300

• 1/4 – 1/2 page advertisement in LHRMA’s newsletter, LHResource, for the month the meeting being sponsored.
• An announcement of sponsor will be made during the meeting.
• A table or booth will be set up at the LHRMA meeting for information about the company/individual.
• The sponsor will be mentioned in the newsletter and the website within the meeting and program article.
• One individual representing the sponsoring company will receive a complimentary lunch.

Bronze Sponsorship – $150

• A table or booth will be set up at the LHRMA meeting for information about the company/individual.
• An announcement of sponsor will be made during the meeting.
• No free meal or ad will be given.

Sponsor application form must be received and approved by the LHRMA Board at least two months prior to the meeting. Applications for sponsorship will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the unlikely event sponsorship applications are received the same day, requesting the same meeting date, the board members shall review the applications and make a determining decision.

Sponsorship for the annual state conference will be a separate fee and is not related to sponsorship for the local chapter programs.
