    Hi everyone! Duncan Aviation is looking at adding a position to our team dedicated to driving company culture initiatives as we strive to create impactful connections between our team members and the organization. Does anyone have a position like this in place currently and would be willing to share details of the role (reporting structure, supervisory responsibilities, pay grade) including a job description? Also, any benefits you’ve found with creating/adding this type of position to your organization, feel free to share those as well! Thank you!

    I don’t have a description, but I watched a seminar maybe two years ago and it was regarding Chief Culture Officers. I have also seen things like Director of Culture or Director of People and Culture. I see the value in it, it’s hard sometimes to get the executive teams to see the value. Kudos to Duncan and your team for seeing the need.
