Hey Zach,
My company currently uses Ceridian Dayforce and have since 2015, overall I would rate it as average. It is nice that you can payroll, benefits, recruiting etc. housed all in one system that is relatively logical and easy to use. The part I am not a fan of is their service, if you have an issue or have a question it goes to a ticketing system, like many HRIS companies, but at times the response time is greater than a week, and even then I have received incorrect information adding time to a final resolution. Overall if you think you/your team are tech savvy you will be ok, but if you intend to rely on their support often I would look at options.
