    Hello!

    My company is currently trying to revamp our recruitment policy by exploring options like referrals bonuses for employees who refer quality candidates to us.  I’m just curious what other creative ideas may be out there that other employers use to enhance their recruitment efforts.  Any ideas you’re willing and able to share would be appreciated, thanks so much!

    Good morning Nick. We pay $150 to both the referrer and the employee after 90 days successful work and another $150 to each after 180 days.
