As the owner of the Chick-fil-A franchise at SouthPointe Pavilions in Lincoln, Nebraska, Charlie has the wonderful opportunity to serve others every day. Serving his customers and serving his employees, his mission is very clear…to create a family-like culture where employees can thrive and deeply care for others every day by treating each person with honor, dignity, respect, and love. Chick-fil-A SouthPointe opened October 28, 2015 and was the first Chick-fil-A store to open in Lincoln!
Charlie also volunteers his time with the following:

- Sandhills Global Youth Complex, Board Chair
- Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Board
- First Responders Foundation Board
- Midwest Bank Board
- Nebraska Baseball Hall of Fame Board
Charlie received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is currently pursuing his doctorate at Liberty University. Most importantly, Charlie has been married to his wife, Dawn, for 32 years, and they have a daughter, McKynzie, and son, Cooper, who both work at Chick-fil-A on the leadership team.
