About JerLene Mosley
JerLene Mosley, Learning and Development Advanced Consultant, joined Gallup in 1988. She supports schools and districts throughout the U.S. to improve performance through selection, engagement, coaching and development. As an expert on Gallup’s talent-based hiring science, JerLene consults with school districts on human resources strategies and on teacher, principal and staff selection. She works with districts to increase teacher and student engagement, leading to improved educational outcomes.

JerLene has presented seminars on strengths-based development for more than 100 of Gallup’s K-12 education clients. She develops curriculum and presents in-person and online seminars on teacher and principal selection, strengths-based leadership for educators and administrators, and strengths-based approaches to student development, academic achievement and goal-setting.

JerLene contributed to the development of the Clifton Youth StrengthsExplorer, a student development program designed to help middle school students, their parents and educators learn more about each student’s talents and develop them into strengths.
