Design a Sustainable DEI Strategy
Thursday, April 18, 8:30am-10:00am
Join CNHR for a breakfast breakout session on April 18. This session will cover “How to Design a Sustainable DEI Strategy” by Claudia Schabel of Schabel Solutions. LincolnHR members can join virtually at the CNHR member price.
After years of resourcing tactical and knee-jerk approaches to DEI that failed to move the needle forward – or worse, many organizations are finally asking themselves “What do we do now?”. The answer: Organizations need to invest in developing and implementing customized and robust organization-specific DEI strategies that achieve overall workforce, workplace – and marketplace – goals. This workshop explores the “nuts and bolts” of creating such strategies and making sure that they are sustainable – helping DEI practitioners, executives and other stakeholders feel confident in knowing what to do next. The outcome is learning a framework and gaining a template for designing your organization’s sustainable DEI strategy.
