Chad’s Nebraskan roots taught him good ole’ fashioned values of hard work, sacrifice, and determination. This – paired with his first-class HR expertise – has led him to champion organizations to achieve first-class cultures and reach their business goals.
As Founder and President of Zelle, Chad oversees all divisions. Zelle’s unique business model is devoted to building impactful relationships with clients to ensure healthy organizational growth and development – an area Chad and his team are proud to implement every day.
Chad has Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Sports Management and a Master’s degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Multicultural Studies. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exercising, reading, and watching movies. He lives in Lincoln, NE and is originally from Rushville, NE.
Susan Becker Bio
Susan M. Becker, PHR, FLMI is vice president, human resources. She brings extensive experience to the position, having joined Woodmen Accident and Life’s human resources department in 1992. Ms. Becker held progressively increasing levels of responsibility in the human resources role and assumed her current position in November 2018. Ms. Becker is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Erin Bond Bio
Currently Erin is the People Operations Director for Speedway Motors. Previously she was with the State of Nebraska for seven years in various Human Resource roles. Erin sits on the State Personnel Board for the State of Nebraska as well as the HR and Strategic Leadership Advisory Board at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
