    -Build your personal brand and leave a lasting impact on the business you serve.
  2. Lead With Your Unique Talents
    -Identify the unique talents, skills and gifts that only YOU can bring to your role.
    -Learn how to align your HR role with your talents and use it to advance your career.
    -Use your unique talents to build your confidence and to make your unique impact to the business that delivers results.
  3. Advocate to Advance Your Career
    -Remove what’s standing in the way of using your voice and advocating for yourself.
    -Use an advocacy model that can help you both articulate the value you bring to the organization and communicate in a compelling way your business partners and colleagues will understand.
    -Get into action and take brave next steps toward goals that benefit your career AND the business you serve.
