Sarah Collins is the founder of Collins Collective, a leadership development and coaching company based in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Sarah helps leaders and teams build stronger cultures, improve collaboration, and create workplaces where people can do their best work.
Over the past decade, she has partnered with organizations across healthcare, financial services, education, government, nonprofit, and professional services industries to facilitate workshops, leadership programs, team development experiences, and executive coaching engagements.
Known for her engaging, interactive style, Sarah combines practical tools, thoughtful facilitation, and a healthy dose of energy to help groups move beyond theory and into meaningful conversation and action. Rather than simply delivering information, she specializes in creating experiences that help people learn from one another, uncover new perspectives, and leave with ideas they can immediately apply.
When she’s not working with clients, Sarah can usually be found cheering on her three children, developing new Good Energy Club content, or convincing people that work can be both productive and fun.
