Jason Metz, known as the Talent Yeti, is a relentless advocate for the world of talent. With a dynamic role as the Vice President of Talent Innovation at Loophire, where he empowers businesses with innovative tools for seamless hiring experiences, and as the Principal Owner of Talent Yeti, his consultancy, devoted to every facet of talent, from recruiting training to learning and development and everything else in-between for his clients.

Before his current roles, he was the Director of Talent Management at Heritage Communities, where he contributed to providing exceptional healthcare services across multiple states. Additionally, as a Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Jet Linx, he connected with aviation pros dedicated to exceptional service. Jason’s educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bellevue University, accompanied by an certifications, including SPHR and CIR/CSSR from HRCI and AIRS, an ADP company.
