With Halloween just around the corner, now is a good time to review some of the most terrifying employment and labor law developments every organization should beware of. Tara Tesmer Paulson and Jen Ralph of Rembolt Ludtke LLP will present on legal developments that are haunting the workplace, and how to avoid them.

Tara Tesmer Paulson
Ms. Paulson is a partner at Rembolt Ludtke focusing on management-side employment and labor law. Tara has significant experience in employment litigation, including matters involving federal, state, and local employment laws. She regularly represents clients in responding to administrative discrimination charges, counsels employers regarding labor and employment law issues, negotiations and prepares employment and separation agreements, reviews and revises employee handbooks and drafts personnel policies.

Jen Ralph
Ms. Ralph is a member of Rembolt Ludtke’s employment and labor law practice group. She has experience litigating claims arising under both state and federal employment and labor laws. In addition, Jennifer counsels employers with respect to various employment matters, including compliance with employment laws and drafting employee policies and agreements.
