Jackson Lewis – DOL Issued Final Overtime Rule, What To Do Now
The Jackson Lewis Wage and Hour Practice Group will be holding this webinar. On April 23, 2024, the U.S. Department of Labor issued its Final Overtime Rule. This new Rule impacts the salary level for the overtime exemptions for executives, administrative, and professional employees.
Note that the “silver lining” here might be that this is also a very good opportunity to review your classifications and perhaps reclassify some employees where there may have been some risk.
