Remember… cancellations need to be submitted by noon on the Friday prior to the meeting either by filling out the form below or e-mail us. Remember…if you registered but do not attend the meeting, you will be charged an extra $10.00 in addition to the cost of the meeting! Accommodating for late cancellations and registrations cause a big problem for the venue in terms of providing the right amount of food and seating space. Please try your hardest to register/cancel by the Noon deadline.
