Salary Survey

The 2018 Salary Survey rates are:

  • LHRMA Member Participant – $100
  • Non-LHRMA Member Participant (this rate does not include membership) – $250 *Non-LHRMA members can become a LHRMA member for $75.
  • LHRMA Member, Non-Participant – $450
  • Non-LHRMA Member, Non-Participant – $500

Thirty-five Lincoln and surrounding area employers participated in last year’s survey which consists of both wages and benefits. What a great way to benchmark your company’s pay scales to the local market! Data is shown by company size and by industry.

Payment instructions are listed below. You may pay by either Check or Credit Card.

Lunch Presentation Description: Want to know the first step toward creating a great business culture? Step 1: Stop being stupid! No leader is perfect, but far too many leaders today are hamstringing the success of their organizations by thinking and acting in ways that are damaging their culture. Being a brilliant leader is challenging; but we can learn to stop doing stupid things in an afternoon. There’s great ROI on the latter, so let’s leave the self-actualization for another day, eat the low-hanging fruit, and watch our work cultures shine! Brett Hoogeveen & Blake Hoogeveen (Hō’ gə vēēn) – Joint Speaker Bio/Intro Brett and Blake Hoogeveen are brothers and co-owners of MindSet, a leadership training and consulting firm that spun out of Omaha, Nebraska’s five-time #1 Best Place to Work. They are passionate about helping leaders create work cultures that attract, build, motivate, and retain great employees. Brett and Blake work regionally as trainers, consultants, coaches, and speakers. Their core message: Better Culture = Better Business. Workshop Presentation Description: Following the keynote presentation, workshop participants will be asked to reflect on the “stupid things” outlined in the lunch presentation. Participants will discuss in small groups any opportunities for improvement their organizations may have related to the keynote presentation. Following the breakout discussions, participants will be asked to share the practical takeaways from their discussions. The presenters will facilitate a conversation on the topics of greatest interest to the group, while interjecting candid and practical insights business leaders can use to overcome doing “stupid things” to build a winning culture and achieve lasting business success! Individuals who are living in economic instability are seeking full time, entry-level positions but employers often find that these employees have instability outside of work that impacts the workplace. Businesses will learn about the impact of a socio-economically diverse workplace on turnover and identify ways to support employee so they stay and thrive. Workshop Description: Businesses will learn about the impact of a socio-economically diverse workplace on turnover and identify ways to support employee so they stay and thrive. This presentation takes a deeper dive into the hidden rules of the workplace, supports that other employers are using successfully and how other businesses have reduced turnover in entry-level positions. Clover Frederick Bio Clover Frederick is a certified trainer in Bridges Out of Poverty Workforce Stability – a research-based philosophy to help businesses retain their lower-wage employees. Frederick also serves as Vice President for Marketing at the Lincoln Community Foundation and freelances as a consultant specializing in nonprofit fundraising, marketing and board development. Frederick is a member of American Marketing Association, Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Junior League of Lincoln. She was the first in her family to graduate from college, earning a bachelor’s degree in communication from Concordia University in Seward. She has a master’s in advertising, marketing and communication studies from UNL.
