- The President signed an Executive Order on January 27, 2017 entitled “Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States.” In the evening of January 31st, the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles issued a temporary restraining order enjoining certain parts of the Executive Order.
