Who Should Attend Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Training?
If you want to know your compliance obligations under the ADA as well as your rights as an employer, this session will provide an overview of the main areas of the employment provisions of the ADA and the definition of a disability under the ADA Amendments Act. Learn how to make sure your applications and interviews are in compliance with the ADA and still enable you to get the information you need to select quality applicants. Find out what type of documentation you can require during the interview process and from your employees requesting reasonable accommodations. This session will cover reasonable accommodations in-depth including the “interactive process” of reasonable accommodations and why it is so important to follow. The session will use multiple examples and “what should you do?” scenarios.

Who Should Attend 503 Training?
If your company is a federal contractor, sub-contractor or you work in a federal agency, please join us to learn more about how you can acquire talent while meeting the compliance requirements under Title V of the Rehabilitation Act.
