Program Topic:
People Analytics and Supporting Employee Needs During the Return to Work

COVID-19 has provided the catalyst for employers to at least temporarily allow more flexible working arrangements. This raises several questions:

  1. What level of change are employees experiencing?
  2. Do employees want these changes to be temporary or permanent?
  3. How do these changes affect employee engagement?
  4. What can this teach us about the eventual return to work?

This webinar highlights the collective intelligence gathered from employee surveys specific to COVID-19, across more than 100 global enterprises, representing every industry. The insights uncovered from this growing database of over 500 million data points are intended to help business leaders see the way forward during these unprecedented and uncertain times.
