TIn this engaging and honest keynote, Erinn Criner introduces the ERC leadership framework: Embodied. Regulated. Collective. Through personal stories, audience interaction, and practical insights, participants will explore how understanding ourselves, regulating how we respond under pressure, and intentionally influencing those around us creates ripple effects across teams and organizations.
This session blends humor, real world experience, and practical leadership insights to help HR professionals strengthen their influence and reconnect with the purpose that brought them into the profession. Attendees will leave energized, encouraged, and reminded of the powerful impact they have in helping people leave work better than they arrived.
Presenter:

Erinn Criner
Vice President, People and Culture | Capitol City Electric
Erinn Criner’s work centers on the connection between people, leadership, and the environments where teams grow and thrive. Over the past two decades in human resources and leadership roles, she has worked alongside leaders at every level of organizations while helping teams navigate complex challenges and organizational change.
Through that experience, Erinn has come to believe that leadership is not defined by a position, title, or authority. The most effective leaders understand that influence begins with how we show up and how we lead ourselves first.
With a deep heart for people, Erinn is passionate about helping leaders recognize the ripple effect of how they lead. She developed the ERC leadership framework: Embodied. Regulated. Collective., to help leaders understand how self awareness and emotional regulation shape the environments they create for the people around them.
Erinn believes the workplace is one of the most powerful environments for human growth and that leaders have the opportunity every day to help people leave work better than they arrived.
