Margaret Hershiser has over 25 years of experience advising and representing clients in employment, labor, and benefits law matters, including related litigation, arbitration, and mediation. She also is an expert in education law.

In her employment law practice, Margaret counsels clients throughout the United States on employment contract negotiation and drafting, policies and procedures, wage and hour matters, discrimination matters, workers’ compensation matters, independent contractor matters, noncompetition agreements, severance agreements, and executive compensation and benefits issues.

Margaret is AV Preeminent rated in Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, Super Lawyers, and Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (Chambers & Partners Publishing) for Employment Law.

She is a graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Creighton Law Review.

2026 May Day Basket Raffle
Tuesday, May 12 will be our annual May Day Basket Raffle to benefit the SHRM Foundation. As a chapter, LincolnHR supports the work of the SHRM Foundation in advancing the HR profession. We will be selling raffle tickets before our May luncheon program. If you are interested in purchasing your tickets early, you may do so using the online option on the LincolnHR website. You will be given tickets to distribute in the raffle baskets the day of the event.
