Mark is a partner with Rembolt Ludtke LLP where he practices employment and labor law.  Fahleson is a frequent presenter and trainer on workplace law topics and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law teaching Employment Law.  He was recently inducted as a Fellow into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and was named as the Employment Law (Management) 2024 “Lawyer of the Year” for Lincoln, Nebraska by Best Lawyers in America®.

 

Tara L. Paulson
Rembolt Ludtke LLP

Tara is a partner with Rembolt Ludtke LLP where she practices employment and labor law. She also serves as her firm’s Chief Executive Officer. Tara is often retained as an attorney workplace investigator and trainer on discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues. She has significant experience in employment litigation, including matters involving federal, state, and local employment laws.
