Program Topic:
Data Driven Decision Making – Insights to an Exceptional Employee Experience in a Post-Pandemic World – Presented by: Brett Wells, Ph.D. – Director of People Analytics at Perceptyx, Inc.

Designing and delivering an exceptional employee experience is imperative if you want to win the war for talent in today’s post-pandemic world. In an effort to help people leaders navigate these shifts, Perceptyx has undertaken a major study on employee experience (EX) and employee value proposition (EVP). This session will highlight the key findings from this research effort and offer practical steps to help your company become an “irresistible organization.”

In particular, attendees will learn:

  • The changing EVP – what employees value more post-pandemic than pre-pandemic;
  • The new framework for EX, from meaningful work, to health and well-being, to the need for trust in the workplace;
  • The 15 practices that have the biggest impact on EX;
  • Why leaders must put people at the center of all decision-making, and how continuous listening and people analytics can help;
  • Survey best practices to help leaders improve employee experiences and increase business impact.
