Program Topic:
Diversity & Inclusion Panel
In the pursuit of building a diverse community sometimes we lose focus on individuals and who we are as people through the disclosure of our stories.
Join our panelists with the LHRMA Diversity and Inclusion Committee for a vulnerable discussion about experiences that have shaped their own racial identities and have influenced their understanding of internalized racism, systems of oppression and ways to engage as an alley.
We’ll discuss the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in creating a more equitable workplace and society.
