By now, you probably have heard many things about the election that will be held in just a few short weeks to determine who will serve as the 45th President of the United States. What you may not have considered though, is how the election of our next President could impact the profession of HR across America. Prudent employers will want to be mindful of issues such as minimum wage, paid family leave and many others that could drastically change as a result of the election and have a significant impact on businesses.
