Panelists Include

Bryan Seck, Chief Talent Management Strategist, Kawasaki

Bryan Seck, M.P.A., received his Masters of Public Administration Degree from New York University. His evaluation work focuses on youth and public-serving programs including data collection & analysis, program management, and strategic planning. He has evaluated federal youth suicide prevention and childhood traumatic stress grants while a Senior Associate at ICF International in New York. Since receiving his MPA, Bryan launched the College Possible nonprofit program in Omaha, led the homeless student outreach program for Lincoln Public Schools, and served as the Director of Workforce Development for the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development. With LPED, he worked to link people from part-time jobs to full-time careers and participated in Prosper Lincoln. He currently serves as the Chief Talent Management Strategist with Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing where he leads recruitment and retention efforts for almost 4,000 employees. He leads training and facilitation sessions for businesses, teachers, counselors, and social workers on poverty and youth and career development. He serves on multiple nonprofit boards and community initiatives including the Homeless Coalition, the Greater Lincoln Workforce Development Board, Tabitha Health, and the New Americans Task Force.

Kaylie Hogan-Schnittker, Director of Talent Strategy, LPED

Kaylie Hogan-Schnittker is the Director of Talent Strategy for the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development (LPED).In this role, Ms. Hogan-Schnittker is focused on driving community growth through the intentional recruitment and retention of talent while ensuring diversity and inclusivity remain at the forefront of all programming. Prior to her role at LPED, she worked in political marketing, the Nebraska Legislature and various other political campaign and community roles.

Makenzie Rath, President, Talent Plus

Makenzie has been a part of the Talent Plus® family from a very young age. She began officially working on the logistics team as a part of the Global Talent Interviewing CenterSM and then worked as a research colleague. She has refined The Science of Talent through ROI studies, benchmarking and building new interviews and assessments, including most recently the Operational Manager Talent Online Assessment. Makenzie has studied individuals through quantitative and qualitative processes to help client partners select highly talented individuals into various roles. She most recently led the Leadership Consulting Team. She joined Talent Plus’ Board of Directors in 2017.

Makenzie has partnered with Talent Plus clients worldwide in the retail, hospitality and healthcare industries including Ferragamo, Loews Hotels, Hackensack University Medical Center, UCLA Health and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Makenzie’s full bio
